Shipping Policy

Carriers & Packaging: Original paintings, Archival Embellished Prints, and other items are shipped via FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS or Canada Post. Medium and large-sized artworks are shipped rolled in a tube without a stretcher bar. It means that upon delivery, a painting must be brought to your local framer for stretching and framing. Small paintings can be shipped flat in a box, already stretched.
Delivery & Handling Time: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method. ​​On average, the delivery time takes

• Shipping within Canada: 2-5 business days.
• International shipping to the USA: 2-10 business days, depending on customs clearance
• International outside of North America, 4-20+ business days, depending on customs clearance
• Handling time is up to four business days. 

​Shipping Costs:  Shipping costs are not included in the price of an artwork, and are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and package size. 
Lost or Delayed Shipments: If a shipment is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for delays or loss of shipments caused by natural disasters, armed conflicts, or other unpredictable major disruptions beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Insurance: The customer may choose to insure the shipment for the full value of the artwork. In the event of damage during shipping, please contact us immediately to initiate a claim.
International ​Shipping:  We offer international shipping to most countries that recognize Canadian & the USA Copyright Law and comply with the DMCA. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply. International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, which could delay delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
​Tracking: The tracking information is provided for every shipped order. 
Returns and Exchanges: Due to the unique nature of Original Paintings and Archival ​Embellished Prints, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, in rare cases, exceptions may be made at our discretion following our return policy. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the shipment is lost or damaged due to our error. Shipping back for additional varnishing or repairs is the responsibility of the buyer/owner of an artwork..
