1. All Sales Are Final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds. However, if a customer's concern is reasonable and genuine, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of The Art of Dennis Bacchus.
2. Inspect Before Purchasing. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect all details of the artwork before making a purchase. Detailed photographs and descriptions are provided to help you make an informed decision. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to completing your purchase.
3. Damaged or Defective Items. In the extremely rare event that your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will assess the issue and, if the damage is determined to have occurred due to our handling or shipping process, we may provide a replacement or an appropriate resolution.
4. Shipping Responsibility While we take the utmost care in packaging and shipping, The Art of Dennis Bacchus cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs during transit by third-party carriers. Please inspect the package upon delivery for any visible damage, and notify us and/or the carrier directly if necessary.
5. Returns for Additional Services We accept returns for additional varnishing, minor repairs, or painting new details. These services are free of charge; however, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
